I have to admit, meditation is awesome but sometimes feels like 
it's not an option with my crazy day. 
Anybody else feel that way? 
I just wrote an article (on textbroker.com) about the meditative 
properties of origami. 
The folds and the thought processes just suck you in, 
putting you in a meditative zone without you even realizing it. 
And then it hit me... that's what happens when I "craft". 
(It's why I'm such a bad mom when I craft too.)
I get in the zone, I converse with myself, 
and I come out of it feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for another project.
Awesome huh? 
Perhaps you should craft more?
